Guests are assured of a very warm welcome at the Guiting Guest House which is a delightful and tastefully restored 16th Century Cotswold stone former farmhouse with all modernised facilities. Everywhere there are exposed beams, inglenook fireplaces, and polished solid pine floors from the Wychwood Forest. The open fires create a welcoming atmosphere as guests are greeted with a cup of tea and perhaps a slice of homemade cake.Guiting is within very easy motoring distance of such places as Bourton on the Water, Stow on the Wold, Winchcombe, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick and Oxford. Just North of the village is the Cotswold Farm Park, home to the Rare Breeds Survival Trust which exists to preserve historic breeds of farm animals that might otherwise become extinct. |
